- Society NOC

- Hiership certificate/Letter of Administration
- Copy of application for Hiership certificate/letter of administration as filed with court
- Affidavit on Rs 100 Stamp Paper
- ID Proof
- Authority letter to Agent/Lawyer (if employing their services for obtaining CIDCO NOC From CIDCO) (Personal Presence is not required if hiring an agent or lawyer)

My wife was a co-owner of of a Flat in Navi Mumbai. She has passed away. I have got the deletion of name from the Membership of Society. Please let me know the procedure for getting the name deletion from CIDCO, NMMC.
CIDCO and NMMC will need an heirship certificate issued by courts.
Once tht is obtained, CIDCO permission will have to be taken and then after that in NMMC.

Letter of administration may be enough in certain circumstances.
