He explain me overall process from shortlisting and then getting appropriate documents from Seller and how to process with the deal in proper step by step manner and also transparent with timeline to keep in mind for the entire process.
He is not just a service provider but also mentored me and guided me properly in how to choose a flat.
He is truly a genuine personality and as many have already said in comments I could witness it through my conversation with him.
Though service is little bit expensive but then good things come with premium and if you don't want problem in future then it is totally worth the cost.
